BSCS Industry Tour | 2025

We went to the Function Hall for the main program, where ADB shared its mission of supporting infrastructure, regional cooperation, and inclusive growth. We also met with CXC, a global staffing company, who explained how they help businesses manage their workforce and comply with labor laws.

One of the highlights was a fireside chat with ADB's IT leaders. They shared their career stories, industry trends, and gave us advice on working in international organizations. We had an open Q&A, which was really inspiring.

It started with a warm welcome from Ms. Heidee Enriquez, their CEO. She talked about the importance of digital skills, adaptability, and lifelong learning, and encouraged us to stay curious and take industry visits seriously to connect our studies with real-world jobs.

One of the best parts was a LinkedIn workshop. We learned how to build a strong online presence, improve our profiles, and network to find jobs or internships. They also explained why personal branding matters in today's digital and remote-work landscape.
